Be Part of the Solution
"Public awareness on the importance of
spaying and neutering is the key to
alleviating dog and cat overpopulation.
Once individuals are educated on
seriousness of the overpopulation problems,
then the spay/neuter solution will really work."

The Animal Rights Alliance Inc., T.A.R.A. is a not-for-profit 501(c) (3) organization that is able to help animals only by your generous contributions. Our fees do not cover the cost for our program services. We rely on grants and public donations to subsidize the amount needed in order to make spaying and neutering affordable to everyone.
If you wish to see the end of pet overpopulation and the needless suffering of animals, please, at this juncture, consider making a tax-deductible contribution to T.A.R.A. As a not-for-profit organization, we are relying on the help of individuals who share our goals. Some small grants are acquired from time to time, but funding is primarily achieved by our own efforts which include street fairs, bake sales and the like.
We have contracted with two towns in Sullivan and Orange Counties to provide town subsidized spay/neuter certificates to their residents. The program has been working very successfully. We need you to approach your local town officials and ask them to get involved with our town- subsidized, certificate program.
Please help by sending T.A.R.A. a donation which will go directly towards the goal. Spaying and neutering is the only answer to the unnecessary killing of animals. As a small, grassroots organization, we can only stretch ourselves so far. If you believe, as we do, that the only real answer to the problem is spaying and neutering, then get involved. If you would like to join our efforts as a volunteer, or have need of our services or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
