Hi-Tor Animal Care Center Spay/Neuter Clinic

T.A.R.A., Inc. held another low-cost spay/neuter clinic for cats hosted by Hi Tor Animal Care Center in Pomona, NY. T.A.R.A. spayed and neutered another very large number of cats at this event. Thank you to Hi-Tor and all who attended – this was another great event!
