Town Programs for Feline Spay/Neuter
T.A.R.A. has contracts with several townships, which allow these towns to offer feline spay and neuter services through reduced-cost voucher programs to their residents. Our first contract was established with the town of Mamakating in 2003. Several more towns have signed on throughout the years. Since the inception of these programs, over 10,500 public cats have been spayed and neutered for participating town residents.

T.A.R.A. Loaner Trap Program
For feral and hard-to-catch cats, we loan a trap for a $70.00 deposit. When said cat is brought to us for a spay, the trap deposit is used in lieu of payment for the procedure. Trap(s) must be returned at this time. We will also return a trap deposit if a cat is not caught and said trap is returned in good condition.
