Cooperative Foster Care Network/Sound Earth Spay/Neuter Clinic

T.A.R.A., Inc., held a low-cost spay/neuter event for Dutchess County feral cats, hosted by Partnership for Animals in Need of Transition (PANT), Cooperative Foster Care Network, and Sound Earth. T.A.R.A. spayed and neutered a total of 54 cats at this event! Many thanks to all involved!
