Hi-Tor Animal Care Center Spay/Neuter Clinic

We held another spay day at Hi-Tor Animal Care Center in Rockland County. The day was a great success for all involved. We spayed and neutered 58 cats! As always, it is a pleasure to work with Hi-Tor and we are very happy to be able to help the kitties in Rockland County!
