Hi-Tor Animal Care Center Spay/Neuter Clinic

We held another successful clinic at Hi-Tor in Pomoma, NY! We spayed and neutered 94 cats. A new record for T.A.R.A., Inc. We would like to Thank the Hi Tor staff for inviting us to their facility to help out with spay/neuter in Rockland County!
