Hi-Tor Animal Care Center Spay/Neuter Clinic

The T.A.R.A., Inc. mobile clinic was at Hi Tor Animal Care Center in Pomona, N.Y., for another cat spay/neuter clinic. T.A.R.A. spayed and neutered another very large number of cats at this event. Thank you to Hi-Tor and all who attended- this was another great event!
