Hi-Tor Animal Care Center Spay/Neuter Clinic

T.A.R.A., Inc. held another low-cost spay/neuter clinic for cats hosted by Hi Tor Animal Care Center in Pomona, NY. TARA spayed/neutered a total of 97 cats at this event. Wow! A fabulous day for the cats of Rockland County. Many thanks to everyone involved.
