Hi-Tor Animal Care Center Spay/Neuter Clinic

We had another successful clinic at Hi-Tor Animal Care Center with 80 cats spayed or neutered. We would like to Thank the Hi Tor staff and everyone that came out to have their cats fixed. Together we can make a difference for the animals!
